This system was designed and implemented at the request of the Presidential Public Communication Center. The purpose of designing this system is to receive ideas, plans, complaints, requests, criticisms, expressions of feelings and reports, and by establishing dynamic communication between the people and the government and increasing the level of access. To officials and brokers with the approach of problem solving and participation in planning, it makes the field of public participation practical.
