general demands (SAMEE)
The Presidential Institution of Public Claims System (SAMEE) was designed and implemented on the order of the Presidential Institution and the Presidential Strategic Research Center.
The system of public demands (SAMEE) is designed as a necessity in improving governance and decision-making mechanisms and public policy. This system tries to turn any diverse point of view into a source in decision-making based on attracting public participation in the policy-making process on the one hand and increasing attention to public demands on the other hand.
The hearing aid system is based on three key axes:
Community participation: using the views of the community, including the views of experts, which will also include demands and protests.
Public transparency: creating a public platform in order to clarify the operation of the devices and, along with that, create a context for citizens to access key information related to the activities of the devices, especially in the field of responding to challenges and problems.
Governmental accountability: Governmental responsiveness to public demands along with the creation of context for the publication of publicly sensitive responses and actions.
